Coming from the train stations
The Metro is the easiest way (see some details below)
It should take AROUND 30 min. from any train stations to the Ministère de la Recherche.

From La Gare d'Austerlitz, Métro 10 for only 2 stations, direction "Boulogne", stop "Cardinal Lemoine".

From La Gare de Lyon, the easiest is to walk to La Gare D'Austerlitz (across La Seine) and then take Métro 10, direction "Boulogne", stop "Cardinal Lemoine".

From La Gare du Nord, métro 4, direction "Orléans", stop "Odéon" + Métro 10, direction "Gare d'Austerlitz", stop "Maubert-Mutualité".

From La Gare de l'Est, métro 4, direction "Orléans", stop "Odéon" + Métro 10, direction "Gare d'Austerlitz", stop "Maubert-Mutualité".
